If you’re fired up about the second half of the 2018 NFL regular season and you’re looking for some NFL Betting Action and expert predictions that could assist you in your efforts to cash in early and often over the course of the coming week, then you’ve come to the right place YouWager pro football bettors.

That’s right gridiron gamers if you like ‘bold’ things or bold people, then you’re in for a treat thanks to my five bold predictions Week 10 of the 2018 NFL season.

Now, let’s get started.

Buccaneers Go Back to Winston

After starting the first three and a half games of the regular season because Jameis Winston was suspended, Ryan Fitzpatrick was benched in Week 4 because of some poor play. After going back to his familiar role as a backup while Winston started in Weeks 6, 7 and 8 – until tossing four picks against the Bengals and getting benched for poor play. Tampa Bay went back to Fitzpatrick as their starter for last week’s 42-28 smackdown loss against Carolina on Sunday and he played some decent, but not great, football in throwing four TD passes – and two costly interceptions. Now, I’m predicting that Fitzpatrick is in for another rough performance against a Washington Redskins defense that has been very good so far this season – and that the Buccaneers will be going back to Winston by halftime of their week 10 matchup – after the Skins pick off Fitzpatrick twice. Remember, you heard it here first!

Mahomes Tosses 5 TD Passes

Second-year quarterback Patrick Mahomes is clearly a superstar in the making and one that could win this season’s MVP if you ask me. The former Texas Tech signal-caller has thrown at least three TD passes in each of his last four games while tossing three or more in seven of Kansas City’s nine games so far this season. Mahomes has tossed four TD passes in five games while tossing a career-high six in Week 2 against Pittsburgh. Simply put, I’m predicting Mahomes will throw five TD passes against an Arizona Cardinals defense that ranks 18th in points allowed (24.9 ppg), but a surprisingly solid seventh against the pass. Mahomes tosses three TD passes like they’re going out of style these days and I suspect he’s going to get a bunch of extra chances because of Arizona’s pitiful offense, which is ranked dead last in the NFL. I’m thinking 5 TD passes sounds about right and so should you.

Ryan and Falcons Put 40 on the Board

I’m not going to beat around the bush with my bold prediction by saying that I fully expect Matt Ryan and the ‘desperate’ Atlanta Falcons to put at least 40 points on the board against the woeful Cleveland Browns in their Inter-Conference mismatch this coming weekend. Atlanta is coming off their best game of the season by beating the snot out of Washington 38-14 in the nation’s capitol no less. Cleveland is free-falling having suffered four straight losses, plus it looks like they’re simply playing out the string of games and not trying too hard as they place the majority of their importance on finding the right head coach for franchise rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield. If the Falcons don’t put 40 on the board against the Browns after approaching that number against a very good Washington defense last week, I’ll be completely stunned.

Rivers Tosses 5 TD Passes

If you didn’t know it by now, the Oakland Raiders are officially and utterly clueless. If you missed Oakland’s pitiful 34-3 loss to a San Francisco 49ers team that had a quarterback making his NFL debut, then you should know that there are now no depths to which the Raiders can’t sink! Oakland has allowed at least 26 points in each of their last four games while giving up 34 or more three times in their last six games and over 40points in two of those contests. The Los Angeles Chargers are playing excellent football having won five straight games, but I think it’s time for Philip Rivers to have a breakout performance. The veteran signal-caller has thrown two TD passes in each of his last four games after tossing at least three TD passes in three of the Chargers’ first four games this season. This game looks like the perfect opportunity for Rivers to go off and that’s why I like Rivers to light up an Oakland defense that is ranked 31st in points allowed (31.5 ppg). Sure, he hasn’t thrown four TD passes yet this season, but I say skip that number and go straight to five against the Raiders!

Garrett Gets Out-Coached – Again

While I and a lot of other NFL observers have known it for years, there’s clearly no denying it right now – Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett is pretty damned awful at his chosen profession. I know Garrett has a winning, 69-58 career mark in just under eight full seasons with the Cowboys, but the fact of the matter is that the Cowboys have never won a playoff game under Garrett’s leadership and now, it’s crystal clear they never will. Garrett is unimaginative and plain old mediocre. I’m expecting him to get out-coached by Super Bowl-winning leader Doug Pederson when the Boys take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, but now that I think about it, damn, this isn’t a bold prediction at all…it’s more like a damned fact!
