If you want to know Who Let the Dogs Out…then there’s no need to go ask the Baja Men. If you’re an NFL betting enthusiast that is looking for some value-packed Week 4 Underdogs, then I’ve got the answers you’re looking for thank to my expert trio of Week 4 picks.

After a positive 2-1 mark on last week’s three underdogs worth betting on (Cincinnati, Washington, and Arizona), you should know that my trio of Week 4 underdogs are completely off the leash. Now, let’s find out who they are.

Monday Night Football: Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts

Game Information

🏈: Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts
⏰: Sun. Sep 30, 2018 1:00 PM ET
🏟️: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN
📺: CBS
🎰: Indianapolis Colts -2½ -110 | U 47 -110

Houston fell to 0-3 by losing to the Giants 27-22 on Sunday. Gifted quarterback Deshaun Watson continued his return from a torn ACL by passing for 285 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Unfortunately, the Texans were held to a measly 59 rushing yards in the loss and allowed Giants veteran signal-caller, Eli Manning, to pass for two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Week 4 Underdogs

The Colts put up a good effort in their Week 3 contest but Indianapolis lost to Philadelphia 20-16 on Sunday as Andrew Luck was limited to just 164 passing yards with one TD and no interceptions while Indy was held to just 68 rushing yards and lacked offensive balance in the loss.

Expert Pick and Prediction

I know the Texans have underachieved since the start of the season, but I think Houston is ready to start improving offensively and they could have a breakout performance in this contest against a Colts defense that isn’t very fierce.

Despite the fact that Houston is 0-5 ATS in its last five games and Indianapolis is 4-1 ATS in its last five, I’m going to advise you to back the Texans to get the Week 4 win and ATS cover!

The Texans have more overall talent on their roster and Indianapolis has question marks on both sides of the ball, not to mention a first-time head coach. I like Houston in this one, out of sheer desperation, if nothing else.
Predicted Score: Texans 28 Colts 24

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Chicago Bears

Game Information

🏈: Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Chicago Bears
⏰: Sun. Sep 30, 2018 1:00 PM ET
🏟️: Soldier Field, Chicago, IL
📺: FOX
🎰: TBA

The Bears got past Arizona 16-14 in a pretty ugly matchup on Sunday, mostly because they harassed veteran quarterback Sam Bradford into a two-interception, one fumble performance that got him pulled in favor of rookie Josh Rosen, who also tossed a pick in the loss.

Week 4 Underdogs

Chicago’s Mitch Trubisky passed for 220 yards with no touchdowns and one interception, but running back Jordan Howard rushed 24 times for 61 yards and one score in the win as the Bears rallied back from a 14-3 halftime deficit. The Bears forced four turnovers on four consecutive Arizona possessions in the second half.

“It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize we are winning games because of our defense,” Chicago coach Matt Nagy said. “They are playing fast right now.”

Expert Pick and Prediction

While Tampa Bay has yet to play their Week 3 matchup against Pittsburgh on Monday night, I’m going to advise you to back the Buccaneers in this contest simply because they’ve been putting points on the board like they’re going out of style and Chicago’s second-year quarterback Mitch Trubisky has been pretty inconsistent as he continues his maturation process.

While Chicago has gone 4-1 ATS in their last five games, heading into Monday night, Tampa Bay was a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last five games. I like Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tampa Bay’s suddenly high-powered offense to get it done!

Predicted Score: Buccaneers 28 Bears 24

Cleveland Browns at Oakland Raiders

Game Information

🏈: Cleveland Browns at Oakland Raiders
⏰: Sun. Sep 30, 2018 4:05 PM ET
🏟️: Oakland Coliseum, Oakland, CA
📺: FOX
🎰: Oakland Raiders -2½ -120 | -145 | U 45 -110
The Browns picked up their first win in 635 days by beating the Jets 21-17 to cash in as a 3-point road favorite just as I predicted. Baker Mayfield came in for an injured Tyrod Taylor to pass for 201 yards with one surprising TD catch in the win. Mayfield led Cleveland to four scoring drives in just over a half of play.

“I’ve just been waiting for my moment,” Mayfield said. “I’m just getting started.”

Week 4 Underdogs

Oakland looked mostly abysmal in falling to unbeaten Miami 28-20 on Sunday while failing to cover the spread as a 3-point road dog. Quarterback Derek Carr tossed two costly interceptions and the Raiders allowed Miami’s Ryan Tannehill to throw three TD passes and no interceptions. Jordy Nelson had a phenomenal game with six receptions for 173 yards and one score, but that was about the only positive in Oakland’s latest loss.

“We got hurt on a trick play and didn’t finish some drives in the red zone,” Raiders head coach Jon Gruden said afterward. “That’s the story of the game.”

Expert Pick and Prediction

The Raiders might be playing at home in this Week 4 contest, but right now, the Cleveland Browns are clearly having the more positive season and really, they could be 3-0 if they had just finished off a couple of plays in their first two games of the season. While Oakland has gone 4-11-2 ATS in its last 17 games and 1-3-1 ATS in its last five home games, Cleveland is an encouraging 4-1 ATS in its last five games and they’re by far, the better defensive team in this affair as they limit the opposition to just 19.6 points per game while Oakland gives up 27.0 points per contest. I don’t know how the Raiders foolishly let superstar linebacker Khalil Mack walk, but now, they’re paying for it. Cleveland covers the chalk – by winning outright!

Predicted Score: Browns 31 Raiders 27
